Using our kiosks

Offline Networks kiosks let you rent a portable power bank by tapping a payment card. You agree to return the power bank in working condition. Rental fees, deposits, and any non-return charges are disclosed at the point of rental.

You are responsible for the power bank while it is in your possession and for any charges that result from failure to return it.

The referral program

If you refer a venue and that venue signs up and goes live with an Offline kiosk, you may be eligible for a referral commission as described on our site. Commissions are paid only for qualifying, verified venues, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility.

We may modify or end the referral program at any time. Fraudulent or duplicate referrals will not be honored.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by tampering with kiosks, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that kiosks will always be available or free of interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offline Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
